Understand the complete chain

Wealthoak is software operated by Wealthoak Advisory LLP. Its product scope combines market analysis, model-based signals and execution tools connected to a user’s brokerage account. It does not provide investment advice, manage a portfolio on the user’s behalf or take custody of funds.

The architecture below describes the responsibilities to examine when evaluating the platform. It is not an independent certification that every control is implemented for every broker or account.

01 / Architecture

Market observations

Identify the data source, instrument, timestamp, trading session and freshness. A stale quote must not be treated as a current executable price.

02 / Architecture

Model evaluation

Associate an observation and a signal with a specific model version. Keep a design description distinct from validated predictive performance.

03 / Architecture

User configuration

Define the account, eligible instrument, allocation and controls. Check the specific controls enabled for the selected integration.

04 / Architecture

Broker execution

Track submission, broker acknowledgement, exchange execution and partial fills separately. An accepted request is not a filled position.

05 / Architecture

Reconciliation

Compare intended orders with broker-reported orders and positions. A timeout requires reconciliation before retrying an action that may already have succeeded.

What makes an evaluation meaningful?

Research quality, execution quality, operational resilience and user control must be assessed separately. A sophisticated model cannot compensate for missing data, an unsafe retry policy or an unexamined account permission.

We do not publish a world-leader ranking or a claim that software sophistication implies investment outperformance. The evidence register states what documentation is available.
