1. Subscriptions and billing
Access to paid features of wealthoak.ai (the “Platform”), operated by Wealthoak Advisory LLP (“Wealthoak”), is provided on a subscription basis. Applicable fees, billing cycle, currency, and taxes are presented to you at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees, including any taxes, for the selected plan and term.
2. Digital service — no refunds
The Platform delivers digital, intangible services and access to software and data tools that begin immediately upon activation. Accordingly, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all fees and charges are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for any unused portion of a subscription term, partial periods, downgrades, or where you do not use the Platform. Nothing in this Policy affects any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current paid term; you will retain access until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancellations made during a term.
4. Renewals
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
5. Price changes
We may change our prices and plans from time to time. Any change will apply to subsequent billing periods, and your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Suspension or termination for breach
If your access is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions or applicable law, you are not entitled to any refund, and any outstanding fees remain payable.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of validly incurred fees, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and to recover amounts owed, without prejudice to our other rights.
